"We're getting closer to the dream. We're doing well and if we can't win, we must draw. We're putting our hearts and souls into these last few matches. We have to do this for the fans. Teams like Betis, who have suffered a lot with injuries, have had a tough time this year. We hope to seal our place in Europe as soon as possible". Betis' next opponent is Real Mallorca, who are currently sitting bottom of the league and are fighting to keep their place in the top flight of Spanish football. But Chica isn't taking them lightly and anticipates a hard fought match: "Mallorca are a complicated team to play, it's a difficult pitch to play on. Mallorca have a lot riding on this match and so we have to take things one step at a time. We're going to give it our all. On top of that achievement, the swans are bound to finish the Premier League inside the top ten, meaning that Michael Laudrup's first season at the helm has been an extremely successful one. Keeping in mind the team's performance in this 2012/13 season, being named in the season-ending award ceremony is no mean feat. The Mexican created the second goal when he picked up the ball in his own half and stormed down the left flank, after combining with Pablo Piatti, crossing the ball for Roberto Soldado, who simply had to push the ball into an empty goal in the 33rd minute. The left-footed Guardado, who has been playing as a left back this season, finished the game in his natural position of left wing and made the most of his position on the field to score the third goal of the match, achieving his first official goal for Valencia. Guardado received the ball inside the box and, after Rubén parried his first shot, the Mexican got on the end of the rebound and dribbled past Rayo's keeper to put the ball into the empty net in the 61st minute.  With this win Valencia move up to fourth place on the table, awaiting Real Sociedad's score in tonight's game. We had five matches left and now four. We were on the same points as Espanyol and we needed those points. A draw or a loss would have left us with very few options, but we went for the win´. A part from a defeat at the hands of Atletico de Madrid, Sevilla´s run at home this season has been brilliant, but Fazio said the team has to keep it up this Sunday in La Rosaleda: ´We know we do well at home, in front of our fans.
